Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No. 5
to the contract for Engineering/Consulting Services with Shiner, Moseley and
Associates, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $20,000 for Pre-Planning for Post
Hurricane/Disaster Recovery Operations for the 2001 Hurricane Season.
