Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract in the
amount of $174,550 with Gershman, Brickner & Bratton, Inc. for Solid Waste
Consulting Services to develop Solid Waste and Landfill Business Plans, Landfill
Contractor Procurement, Automated Collection and Recycling Procurement.
