Motion authorizing the City Manager to retain HDR Engineering to provide
engineering services for design and bidding services related to re-opening the
Rincon Overflow Channel at a price not to exceed $40,000, to provide construction
services for the Rincon Channel project at a price to be negotiated, and to provide
services related to construction of a pipeline from the Calallen Reservoir to the
Nueces Delta at a price to be negotiated.
