Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Change Order Nos.
2 and 3 to increase the escrow amount with the Texas Department of
Transportation in the amount of $96,847.09 due to higher bid prices and the
relocation of a proposed multiple box culvert away from a historical landfill area as
part of the McArdle Road Improvements, Phase 2 (Weber to Carroll Lane)
construction contract in accordance with the Advanced Funding Agreement.

required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to
the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated
for any other purpose.
