Motion approving the purchase ora hydraulic tree cutter from B-C Equipment Sales,
Inc., Corpus Christi, Texas, based on sole source for a total of $21,716.16. This
equipment will be used by the Storm Water Department. Funds have been
budgeted in the FYO0-01 Capital Outlay Fund.
