Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 635 magnesium anodes
with Diamond Edge, Lytle, Texas, based on Iow bid, in accordance with Bid
Invitation No. BI-0114-01 for a total estimated annual expenditure of $53,510. The
term of the contract will be twelve months with option to extend for up to two
additional twelve-month periods, subject to the approval of the contractor and the
City Manager or his designee. Funds have been budgeted by the Gas Department
in FY00-01.
