Motion pursuant to Chapter 49 (Streets and Sidewalks), Division 2 (Temporary
Closure of Streets) Section 49-17 (Conditions and requirements for permit)
Paragraph (a) to allowthe applicant for the "East-West Powerboat Shoot-Out" Event
to charge an admittance fee of $10.00 for all persons above the age of 15 years and
$5.00 for children between the ages of 5 and 15 years. Children under 5 years will
be admitted free.
