MOTIONS - 5/15/01
Motion authorizing the City Manager to employ the law firm of Canales &
Simsonson to represent individual police officers and to employ the Law Offices of
Jorge Rangel to represent the City of Corpus Christi and the Police Chief in Carol
Kinney et al v. Nueces County et al, Civil Action No. C-01-200, United States District
Court for the Southern District of Texas, Corpus Christ Division, at an hourly rate not
exceeding $150, subject to certification and appropriation of funds.
