Motion approving a supply agreement with J.K. Janitorial, Inc., Corpus Christi,
Texas for floor service for various police department facilities and the main police
building in accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0026-01, based on Iow total bid for
an estimated annual expenditure of $28,341.19. The term of the contract is for
twelve months with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve-month
periods, subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his
designee. Funds have been budgeted in FY00-01.
