Motion approving a supply agreement with One Source Facility Services, Inc.,
Corpus Christi, Texas for custodial service for the main police building in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0027-01, based on Iow total bid for an
estimated annual expenditure of $68,580. The term of the contract is for twelve
months with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve-month periods,
subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds
have been budgeted in FY00-01.
Total Award: $116,100.24
