Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a four-year contract
with Flex Benefits Administrators to administer the City's Section 125 Cafeteria Plan
at estimated annual costs of: $17,694 year one, $17,694 year two, $17,694 year
three and $17,694 year four.
