Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an engineering
services contract in the amount of $224,413 with Bass & Welsh Engineering for the
following projects:
* Up River Road Force Main Replacement near Callicoate Road, and
* Sharpsburg Wastewater Subsystem Service Plan.

for any other purpose.
