Patterson law firm, Corpus Christi, to represent the defendants in Priscilla G. Leal
v. The City of Corpus Christi, No. C-01-247, United States District Court, Southern
District of Texas, Corpus Christi Division, at the rate of $150 per hour, subject to
appropriation and certification of funds.
