Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept funding in the
amount of $5,884 from the Texas Department of Health, Toxic Substances Control
Division, Hazard Communications Branch for the Corpus Christi - Nueces County
Local Emergency Planning Committee to conduct planning and response activities
under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act.
