Motion authorizing a cost of living adjustment as approved in the FY2001-2002
budget for the City Secretary, a 5% merit pay increase, a car allowance increase of
$100 per month and an additional 5 day annual leave accrual and 3 day sick leave
accrual per year effective the first full pay period in August 2001.
