Motion approving a supply agreement with DPC Industries, Inc., Corpus Christi,
Texas for approximately 1,150,600 pounds of Sodium Hypochlorite Solution for the
five Wastewater Treatment Plants in accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0148-01
based on Iow bid for an estimated annual expenditure of $359,332.38. The term
of the supply agreement will be for twelve months with an option to extend for up to
two additional twelve-month periods subject to the approval of the supplier and the
City Manager or his designee. Funds have been budgeted in FY2000-2001 and are
requested for FY2001-2002 by the Wastewater Department.
