Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to amend the existing lease
agreement with Frost National Bank for 41,289-square feet of the Frost Bank
Building located at 2402 Leopard Street and the land on which the building is
situated and Lots la, 2, 3, 4, and 5, Block 1, Nelson Addition No. 2 to provide for
an additional allowance of $500,000 from the Frost National Bank.
