Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract with
Sixteen Services, Inc., guaranteeing the delivery of all acceptable waste collected
within the boundaries of the Coastal Bend Council of Governments to the J.C. Elliott
Landfill for a specified fee, for a period not to exceed the life of the J.C. Eliiott
Landfill.
