Motion approving a supply agreement with Metrocall, Corpus Christi, Texas, for
radio paging service in accordance with the State of Texas Cooperative Purchasing
Program, for an estimated two year expenditure of $124,272. The term of the
agreement will be for two years with an option to extend for up to two additional
years, subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee.
This service will be utilized by all City departments requiring radio paging service.
Funds have been budgeted by the using departments in FY00-01 and requested for
FY2001-2002.
