Motion approving the purchase of 2,400 feet of 12" coated and wrapped steel pipe
in accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0172-01 from Texas Pipe and Supply
Company, Corpus Christi, Texas, based on Iow bid for a total of $33,048. The pipe
will be used by the Gas Department. Funds have been budgeted by the Gas
Department in the FY2000-2001.
