Motion approving a supply agreement for photographic film and film development
in accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0139-01 with Back in an Hour Photos,
Corpus Christi, Texas, based on only bid for an estimated annual expenditure of
$36,995.20. The term of the agreement will be twelve months with an option to
extend for up to two additional twelve-month periods, subject to the approval of the
supplier and the City Manager or his designee. The film and film development is
used by various departments throughout the City. Funds have been budgeted by
the using departments in FY2001-2002.
