Motion approving supply agreements with the following companies for the following
amounts for an estimated 660 replacement batteries for two-way radios in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0119-01, based on best bid for an estimated
annual expenditure of $41,651.52. The term of the contracts will be for twelve
months with options to extend for up to two additional twelve-month periods, subject
to the approval of the suppliers and the City Manager or his designee. The
replacement batteries are used by various City departments. Funds have been
budgeted in FY2001-2002.
