Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Change Order No.
6 to increase the escrow amount with the Texas Department of Transportation in
the amount of $80,507.64 as part of the Kostoryz Road Improvements from Holly
Road to Saratoga Boulevard construction contract in accordance with the Advanced
Funding Agreement.
