Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Attachment Nos.
2, 3, and 4 to Contract No. 7460005741-2002 in the total amount of $408,521 with
the Texas Department of Health in the amount of $162,823 for tuberculosis
prevention, $117,975 for public health administrative services and $127,723 for
immunization services.
