Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a revision to Section
4.0 Compensation and Section 6.1, Scope of Services of the existing agreement
with Linebarger, Heard, Goggan, Blair, Graham, Pena, and Sampson, LLP to collect
outstanding fines on behalf of the City.
