Motion approving a supply ag reement with the following companies for the following
amounts for large lamps in accordance with Joint Governmental Purchasing Group
Bid Invitation No. JGPG 01-1, for an estimated annual expenditure of $50,460.56,
based on Iow bid. The term of the agreements shall be for twelve months with an
option to extend for up to two additional twelve-month periods, subject to the
approval of the suppliers, the Joint Governmental Purchasing Group, and the City
Manager or his designee. The large lamps used by the City include: Incandescent
13,354; Flourescent 10,702: High Intensity 895; Quartz 695; Stage, Studio &
Projector Lamps 306, and Ballast 399. Funds have been budgeted by the using
departments for FY 2001-2002.
