Motion approving a supply agreement with the following companies for the following
amounts for mowing of rights-of-ways and parks, in accordance the Bid Invitation
No. B1-0166-01, based on Iow bid for an estimated annual expenditure of
$230,711.80. The terms of the contracts will be twelve months with an option to
extend for up to two additional twelve-month periods subject to the approval of the
suppliers and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been budgeted by the
Storm Water Department and Parks and Recreation Department in FY2001-2002.
