Motion approving the purchase of services for laboratory analyses for assessment
of technically based local limits for priority pollutants, for the six wastewater
treatment plants in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0185-01, with Analysys,
Inc., Corpus Christi, Texas, based on Iow bid for a total amount of $34,890. These
analyses are required by the Texas Natural Resources Conservation Commission
(TNRCC) to determine the pollutants in the wastewater. Funds have been
budgeted by the Wastewater Department in FY2001-2002.
