Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept a grant in the amount
of $129,087 and to execute a contract and all related documents with the Texas
State Library and Archives Commission for the continued operation of the
Interlibrary Loan Referral Center located at the Corpus Christi Public Library.
