Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an Earnest Money
Contract in the amount of $250,000 for acquisition of Lots I - 12, Block 72, Beach
Addition located south of the Corpus Christi Convention Center from TRT
Development Company, for a purchase price of $3,319,084 including closing costs,
for the development of the new Multi-Purpose Arena Facility and Convention Center
Expansion and Rehabilitation Project, upon receipt of funding.
