Motion approving a supply agreement with Southern Paper and Chemical
Company, Inc., Corpus Christi, Texas for approximately 682,000 garbage can liners
in accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0158-01. The award is based on total Iow
bid for an estimated annual expenditure of $31,218.70. The term of the agreement
shall be for twelve months with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve-
months periods, subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his
designee. Funds are available from Warehouse Inventory for FY01-02.
