Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a one-year lease
(with two one-year options) with Durrill Properties for the facility space to operate
the Juvenile Assessment Center in the amount of $45,322 which has been
budgeted in the 2001-2002 budget of the Corpus Christi Crime Control and
Prevention District.

for any other purpose.
