Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a one-year lease
(with two one-year options) with Durrill Properties for the facility space to operate
the Juvenile Municipal Court, in the amount of $25,211, which has been budgeted
in the 2001-2002 budget of the Corpus Christi Municipal Court. Funding is available
through the Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant.
