Motion allowing the City Manager to enter into a lease agreement with EOG
Resources, Inc., Corpus Christi, Texas, for an Oil and Gas Lease at the Corpus
Christi International Airport in accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0162-01 based
on only bid for a cash bonus bid of $193,764. The term of the lease agreement will
be for three years with options to extend indefinitely as provided in the Oil and Gas
Lease Agreement. Proceeds from the cash bonus bid and all royalties received
under the lease will be deposited into the Airport Fund.
