Motion approving a supply agreement with Bay Chemical and Supply Company,
Odem, Texas for approximately 1,400 tons of liquid ammonium sulfate in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0005-02 based on only bid for an estimated
annual expenditure of $145,320. The term of the supply agreement will be for
twelve months with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve-month
periods subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his
designee. Funds have been budgeted in FY2001-2002 by the Water Department.
