MOTIONS- 10/09/01
Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to enter into a three month
agreement with the Texas Department of Health in the amount of $143,573
providing for the Bureau of Clinical and Nutritional Services to fund group nutrition
education, individual counseling, immunization services, and to distribute food
vouchers at no cost to individuals identified as having nutritional deficiencies and/or
nutritional risk during the period October 1,2001 through December 31, 2001.
