Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an agreement with
Fighting to Rid Gangs in America Foundation to provide $12,500 from the FY 2001 -
2002 Weed & Seed Program to provide after school alternative activities to include
implementing a Leadership Enhancement and Achievement Development Program.
