Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Change Order
No. 7 with the Texas Department of Transportation in the amount of $34,164
due to the modification of the project limits to include a portion of Hopkins
Road, as part of the Leopard Street, Phase 3 (McKinzie to Rand Morgan)
construction contract.
