16.b. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a Project
ManagementAgreementwiththeCorpusChristiTennisAssociation,lnc.forthe
HEB Tennis Center Expansion (Mildred and Lloyd Sessions Tennis Pavilion),
and authorizing a transfer of $340,000 from the HEB Tennis Center Trust Fund
and $246,138.50 from the No. 3288 Park Capital Project Fund; subject to
ratification of the ag reement by the Corpus Christi Ten nis Association Board of
Directors. (Bond Issue 2000)
