Motion authorizing the City Managerorhis designee to execute an amend ment
to a Legal Services Agreement with Leroy G. Inskeep with Piper, Marbury,
Rudnick, & Wolfe, Chicago, Illinois to represent the City before the U.S.
Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois, in the Chapter 11
proceedings involving Resource Technology Corporation at an hourly rate of
$383.00.
