Motion approving a supply agreement with Anderson Construction, Corpus
Christi, Texas for mowing of Water Production Facilities in accordance with Bid
Invitation No. B1-0184-01 based on Iow bid for an estimated annual expenditure
of $129,579. The term of the supply agreement will be for twelve months with an
option to extend for up to two additional twelve-month periods, subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been
budgeted by the Water Department in FY2001-2002.
