Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No.
1 to the architectural services contract with Thompson, Ventulett, Stainback and
Associates, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $78,300 for wind tunnel studies of
the Corpus Christi Bayfront Convention Center and Multipurpose Arena.
