Motion approving the purchase of one prisoner transport vehicle from the
Houston-Galveston Area Council of Governments (HGAC), for the total amount
of $33,487.36. The award is based on the Cooperative Purchasing Agreement
with HGAC. This vehicle will be used by the Police Department. Funds are
available through the 1999 Law Enforcement Block Grant. This item is a
replacement to the fleet.
