Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract for the
collection of delinquent special assessments, demolition, and weed lien accounts
with Linebarger, Heard, Goggan, Blair, Graham, Pe~a & Sampson, LLP for a fee
of 25% of principal and interest collected on delinquent accounts turned over to
law firm, plus a $10.00 fee for preparation of liens and reimbursement of incurred
recording fees.
