11.e. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an agreement
with Metro Ministries, Inc. to provide $10,000 from the FY2001-2002 Weed and
Seed Program to enhance the Gabbard Memorial Health Room. The program
is a primary care medical clinic for residents of the shelter and our homeless
population.
