Motion approving the purchase of 20,000 feet of 16" coated and wrapped steel
pipe in accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0029-02 from Texas Pipe and
Supply, Corpus Christi, Texas, based on Iow bid for a total of $312,400. The pipe
will be used by the Gas Department. Funds have been budgeted by the Gas
Department in FY2001-2002.
