Motion approving the purchase of fifty vehicles consisting of 45 pickups, 3 vans
and 2 sedans from the following companies for the following amounts in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0025-02, based on Iow bid and Iow bid
meeting specifications. Various City departments will use these vehicles. Seven
units are additions to the fleet. The remaining units are replacements. Funds are
available in the FY2001-2002 Capital Outlay Fund.

representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the money
required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury
to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated
for any other purpose.
