Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a construction
contract with R.S. Black Engineers & Contractors of Corpus Christi, Texas in the
amount of $3,522,263 for the O.N. Stevens Water Treatment Plant High Service
Pump Building No. 2 Pump Modifications (Electrical, Mechanical, and
Instrumentation Systems Upgrade).
