Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a construction
contract with R.S. Black Engineers and Contractors of Corpus Christi, Texas in
the amount of $413,915 for the Broadway Wastewater Treatment Plant Digester
Blowers and Air Diffusers Replacement Project.
