Braselton Land Ventures, developer of Village at Dunbarton Oak Subdivision, for
the installation of 1,572 linear feet of an off-site 10-inch PVC Sanitary Sewer
Collection Line provided for Unit 2 and future units.

APPLICATION FOR SEWER LINE CREDIT
I, Braselton Land Venture, Inc. , owner and developer of proposed
Subdivision, hereby apply for $ 9,120.00 credit towards the sewer lot/acreage fee for the collection line
extension installed in conjunction with Village at Dunbarton Oaks Unit 2 Subdivision as provided for by
City Ordinance No. 17396. Said $ 72~508.75 is the construction cost, including 7-1/2% engineering, as
shown by the cost supporting documents attached herewith.
